4-aana house in Lalitpur
Asked with a rented floor, no plan fits this narrow plot yet; this is the closest brief that plans: the same house without the rented floor.
9-aana showcase house
The house on our home page: 2½ storeys, 4 bedrooms, a puja room, car and bike parking.

The same files the studio makes: the architectural sheets of the A3 review set as a PDF, and an AutoCAD DXF in millimetres.
A design example, not a permit drawing or a claim of code compliance. Your plot and household need their own plan.
