For architects, engineers and builders.
A fast first draft of a Nepal house that you check, change and sign: plans, a DXF in your CAD, the structural calculation, quantities and a schedule.
What you get for every plan
DXF in millimetres
Every floor on AIA-style layers (walls, doors, windows, dimensions, grids, text), ready to open in AutoCAD or any CAD.
The A3 review set
Site plan with area statement, every floor plan, roof plan, elevations, a section, opening schedule, sanitary and structural sheets.
Structural calculation
A preliminary NBC 105:2025 calculation that cites its clauses, with ETABS and STAAD model shells and a bar bending schedule.
Quantities and cost
A BOQ and quantity ledger from the measured plan, priced at district rates with labelled allowances, as CSV.
Construction schedule
Activities from the plan’s own quantities on a Bikram Sambat calendar, as an Excel workbook and an MS Project file.
Honest limits
These are concept aids. The professional remains the author of the design, checks it, changes it and signs it. Nothing here is a permit drawing or an engineering approval.
Ask for a pilot
We are opening the studio to a small group of Nepal practices first. Tell us about your practice and we will arrange a pilot.
For developers
Multi-plot projects and your own branding are on our roadmap. Tell us what you need.
